\nDen Tipp, den ich schon zweimal bekommen hatte einfach umgesetzt: „Rental Car Relocation“ von Christchurch nach Auckland.
\n(Nach der Hochsaison im Jan\/Feb sind n\u00e4mlich immer viel zu viele Autos im S\u00fcden. Es werden also Leute gesucht, die die Wagen nach Norden fahren. Man zahlt nur den Sprit, den man verbraucht – Hat gut geklappt! \ud83d\ude42 )<\/p>\n
Ich habe einen Toyota Corolla und einen Mitsubishi Outlander nach Nelson (Toyota) und dann von Nelson nach Auckland (Mitsubishi) gebracht. Daf\u00fcr hatte ich 2 bzw. 4 Tage Zeit. <\/p>\n
Auf der ersten Etappe bin ich nochmal \u00fcber den Arthurs Pass gefahren und habe mir den Rest der Westk\u00fcste angesehen: Punakaiki war schon toll. Wilde K\u00fcste, tolle K\u00fcstenstra\u00dfe und die ber\u00fchmten Pancake-Rocks.<\/p>\n
Weil es mir vorher schon gut gefallen hatte, bin ich dann noch mal an die Golden Bay gefahren. (Ohne eigenes Auto schon schwieriger: Bus-Shuttle und Anhalter waren die L\u00f6sung – aber alles easy) Ein paar Tage hatte ich noch Zeit, bevor es weiter nach Auckland gehen sollte. Ein bisschen ausruhen am Strand… Ich war so relaxed, dass ich mich pl\u00f6tzlich in meiner ersten Yoga-Stunde wieder gefunden habe. Aber es tat nicht weh. Farewell Spit, die n\u00f6rdlichste Stelle der S\u00fcdinsel habe mir diesmal noch angesehen: Fantastische Aussicht und tolle Str\u00e4nde mit Seehund-Babies. Die gesamte Fahrt per Anhalter hin und zur\u00fcck. Hab ich vorher noch nie so gemacht. Ein Deutscher mit englischer Mutter, ein Paar aus Minnesota und zwi franz\u00f6siche Backpacker im Campervan (ich liegend hintendrin \ud83d\ude09 ) waren interessante Reisebegleiter. Vorher hatte ich immer Leute mitgenommen mit meinem Auto…<\/p>\n
Dann weiter \u00fcber Nelson, Wellington, Rotorua mit jeweils Kurzaufenthalt nach Auckland. In Picton endlich die Bornholm-F\u00e4hre (Straitsman) f\u00fcr den Chef nicht nur geknipst sondern auch noch f\u00fcr die \u00dcberfahrt benutzt! <\/p>\n
